1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ph688 Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ph688. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph688 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph688 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph688 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph688 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph688 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. ph688 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 per transaction. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the originating bank.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. ph688 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ph688 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn; please refer to the applicable bonus terms for details.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on ph688 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph688 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ph688 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming. ph688 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error on ph688's part has demonstrably affected the bet outcome.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet amount on ph688 is ₱100. Maximum stake limits vary by game type, event, and market. ph688 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform or exploitation of pricing errors.

6.3 Void Bets

ph688 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; where the odds or game parameters were published in error; where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity affecting the event; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6.4 Results and Settlement

All game and event results are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the case of virtual and keno games, by ph688's certified random number generation system. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ph688's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ph688 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ph688 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph688 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing ph688 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ph688 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph688 staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph688 platform — including but not limited to the ph688 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph688 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph688 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph688 content without prior written consent from ph688.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph688 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph688 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph688's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your ph688 account at the time the claim arises.

ph688 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph688 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on ph688. ph688 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by ph688

ph688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ph688 reasonably believes that: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; the player's account poses a risk to ph688 or other players; or regulatory or legal obligations require such action.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ph688 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to use the ph688 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
